Does Swank Finds accept Returns or Exchanges?

Our return policy is for store credit only. However, we can’t guarantee a size for exchange! If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to purchase the new size. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Swank Finds within 14 days of the original purchase date. All discounted, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, bras and tanks, and grab bags are final sale. 


In order for your items to be eligible for return they must meet the following requirements:

  • All items must be unworn

  • Unwashed,

  • Free of perfume, deodorant, pet odor/hair, cigarette smoke

  • Must have original tags still attached

  • ​Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I get the items I purchase?

Swank Finds offers everyday FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. In-Stock items will be shipped to you within 48 hours of your purchase and will be delivered to you in 3-5 days or less.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.

If you want your item(s) sooner, under the "Notes" section of the checkout page, write "Local Pick-up".  In-Stock items can be picked the following day from the front porch pickup bins in Homewood, AL. 35209. We'll send you a quick message when it's ready for pickup along with the address for pickups.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If you're shipping your order to Alabama, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.
